Flexo CI

There are a lot of CI Flexo from UTECO, one of the most popular si UTECO ONYX. It is a latest generation gearless flexo press which , in the latest versions, is equipped with all state of the art technologies and solutions currently available in flexo printing.

Uteco Onyx is available in a wide array of  different versions to suite customer’s requirements. Onyx 808(876) / Onyx 810 / Onyx 812, Onyx 612, Onyx 108 /110 its range covers 6,8 and 10 colors presses  with maximum print repeats of 800mm, 1100mm or 1250mm.

Uteco onyx flexographic machine models are generally available in print widths ranging from 800mm up to 1800mm.  Uteco Onyx presses are widely recognized as reliable machine appreciated for its effectiveness in matching flexo printers requirements

Other important Flexo CI is UTECO CRYSTAL and is especially designed  to address needs of printing companies in food packaging .It combines latest automation features to optimize change overs both in terms of time and material used. Print speed is also a strength for this series of machine, it reaches up to 500 m/min.

It is a latest generation gearless flexo press which is equipped with all state of the art technologies and solutions currently available in flexo printing.Uteco Crystal is available in 8 or 10 colors and widths from 800mm up to 1600mm.

This press is recognized as a state of the art solution for food packing printers.

Other important Flexo CI is UTECO DIAMOND. It is the solution dedicated to top end of market: a high printing speed gearless CI flexo press of last generation which can be equipped with all state of the art technologies and solutions currently available in flexo printing. It is deigned to address highest requirements in terms of performances, automation and change over optimization.

Uteco Diamond is available in different versions Diamond 808/812 (8 colors) , 108/112 (10 colours), VHP (800m/min version) and in special application version HP-PP. It covers in the different versions an extremely wide range of widths (from 1000mm up to 2500 mm) and repeats. In ordinary version repeat is up to 850mm or 1250mm (depending on versions) in special application version may arrive up to 2200mm. Max speed may reach 600m/min or 800m/min depending  on versions.
