Machine: Schiavi EF4040 8 colors gearless flexo press.
Description:
This machine was in a bankrupted company and repossessed from a leasing company. We rented a power generator and organized a test on site for customer from Argentina. Machine was finally sold to them. Customer needed gas burners as heat source for drying system.
This press was originally equipped with thermal oil heat exchangers. We replaced oil batteries with gas burners and integrated the new system in machine’s supervisor.
Our technicians reassembled and started up the press at customer site in Argentina
