In Printer slotters each colour is printed on a flexo printing unit, put in line one to the other. Cut of case’s shape is performed in a rotary die cutter, which comprises a cylinder mounted with a cutting plate, and an anvil cylinder. The anvil acts as a cutting plate allowing cutting knives to penetrate the corrugated substrate and the creasing rules to create well defined creases. Waste is then stripped.
