- The system can handle used cores lengths from: Minimum length: 20 inches Maximum length: 107 inches The system can handle core diameters from : Minimum: 3 inches ID Maximum: 12, 5 inches ID Tooling supplied: The line is supplied with the following tooling: (One) 12 inches, exact dimension to be confirmed (One) 3 inches, exact dimension to be confirmed All other available tooling will be supplied to NAPCO at no extra cost. The system can handle core thicknesses from : Maximum: 1 inch. Minimum: 0,200 inch. Electrical hook-up The main voltage to supply the machine is 600 V /3phases /60 cycle. The amps required is around 60 Amps per phase on the 600 volts A step up transformer from 400Volts to 600Volts is supplied with the line. The customer shall provide the power supply of 400 Volt /3 phases 60 cycles with an available 100 Amps per phase disconnect to power the transformer. The main electrical supply hook up to the line is provided by the customer at his premises. Pneumatics: Clean and dry compressed air at 100 psi is to be supplied by the customer at his premises. Air supply to be around 40 CFM. Catalogue and parts list: A complete set of parts list is to be supplied with the line along with the electrical, pneumatics and graphset (For the PLC) Additional information and photos upon request
